This shows people who don’t believe that golf is an athletic sport that it is. There’s no way someone who is not in good physical condition could do that.

READ: funny thing is… this isn’t tiger’s actual swing. If you were to go watch him at the U.S. Open or some tourny, when he’s at his high point in his swing, his hands are about 6 inches lower than this video. Also, when he begins his downswing, he squats before his hands even move. In the video, he did a perfect job of doing the golf swing. problem is, he doesn’t use the swing in the video for real life. This was an advertisment basicly. Tiger would be the best if he used this swing.
Actually if his hands were six inches lower you wouldn’t be able to see them from this angle at the top of his backswing. Also you need to watch it again because he does his typical squat. Watch how his head drops from the top of the backswing. This drop comes from the squat. He practices his swing countless hours. You really think he’s gonna use a different swing for this so called “commercial?” L O L
@jaydubya10 your head is supposed to move back just a tad on your downswing though for a driver swing.
@TheOriginalBumphrey his swing isnt slow looks like it but its like 120 mph
Golf is more about timing, coordination and rythm than athleticism and power…you see small guys, fat guys and old guys competing at the highest level in golf, not so in pure athletic sports.

Notice how he hardly moves his hips? Thats how strong he is, not much people can stay so still.

@tgh898 i disagree i think tiger is a better putter. and phil has a slight edge on the short game. every other aspect tiger is better though. accuracy, consistency, etc
@TheOriginalBumphrey golf does not depend on slow swing .the big point is to swing it right no matter how slow u swing the ball will go fast as if u swing right.but if u swing fast u will miss most of the time and the ball will go crazy by that i mean the ball will not go where u want it to.
